As a Quality Control Manager (QCM), you will play a critical leadership role ensuring that all construction activities meet federal contract requirements, design specifications, and quality standards. You will work closely with project management teams, subcontractors, and government representatives to maintain compliance and deliver successful project outcomes.

Job Details
The Quality Control Manager (QCM) is responsible for implementing and managing the project's Quality Control Program to ensure full compliance with contract specifications, drawings, and federal construction standards.
The QCM will oversee inspection procedures, documentation, submittal review processes, and coordination with government quality representatives to ensure that all work meets required standards before acceptance.
This role requires strong familiarity with USACE/NAVFAC quality control processes, including the three-phase inspection system, as well as experience managing project documentation through RMS 3.0 or similar construction management platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and implement the project Quality Control Plan (QCP).
Lead and document the Three-Phase Control System
Review submittals, shop drawings, and material documentation to ensure compliance with contract specifications.
Conduct daily quality inspections and maintain detailed quality control reports.
Track deficiencies, non-conforming work, and corrective actions.
Coordinate with project management, subcontractors, and government representatives to resolve quality issues.
Maintain accurate project documentation including:
Quality Control Reports
Inspection Logs
Submittal Registers
Deficiency Logs
Serve as the primary point of contact for government quality assurance representatives during inspections and audits.
Support project closeout documentation including punch list completion and final turnover packages.
Required Qualifications
USACE Contractor Quality Management (CQM) Certification
OSHA 30-Hour Construction Certification (preferred)
First Aid/CPR/AED Certification (preferred)
