Qualifications Needed
- BA/BS Degree highly encouraged, any general field
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in quality control, data management, or customer service
- Experience with ERP systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau)
- Strong background in real estate transactions, public contracting, and contract negotiations (adapted to QC project collaboration and vendor relations)
- Proven ability to drive results through collaboration and influence
- Strong communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to independently manage projects in a dynamic environment
- Manage collection and review of warranty and consumer complaint data to identify quality concerns
- Navigate internal software programs to produce efficient and accurate data sets and analysis
- Escalate identified issues and implement timely corrective actions
- Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, and Purchasing to resolve quality concerns
- Support continuous improvement of internal processes to enhance the customer experience- Assist in field campaigns including data analysis, document prep, notifications, technical support, and reporting
- Develop team capacity through mentoring and process efficiencies
- Follow environmental, health, and safety guidelines
- Communicate clearly with internal and external stakeholders
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to ensure cost efficiency, speed, and accuracy
- Serve as a role model for company core values
