Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead the Quality Assurance team to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
- Responsible for the audit of manufacturing processes, materials, and products to identify areas of improvement.
- Implement and monitor quality control processes and systems, ensuring consistent product quality.
- Conduct root cause analysis to identify and resolve quality issues, implementing corrective actions as necessary.
- Manage and maintain UL certifications, ensuring all products meet these standards.
- Oversee the production of PCBs, electronic assemblies, and sheet metal, ensuring high-quality output.
- Work closely with the manufacturing team to ensure quality control processes are understood and followed.
- Use ERP systems to track and manage product quality data, generating reports as needed.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of IPC standards and ensure compliance across all manufacturing processes.
- Prepare for and participate in external quality audits and inspections.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
- Experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Control
- Knowledge of implementing and maintaining ISO 9001 standards
- Experience with quality inspections for PCBs and electronic assemblies
