Job Details
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field preferred
- 5 years of experience in a quality control or quality assurance role, preferably within an automotive manufacturing or quality-driven environment
- Automotive industry experience is a plus
- Strong understanding of Quality Management Systems (QMS)
- Hands-on experience with Statistical Process Control (SPC) required
- Experience working in supplier quality or managing supplier performance
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement practices
