Job Details
Responsibilities -
- Manage and enforce QA/QC programs for HVAC and plumbing systems on high-spec projects
- Conduct inspections, review documentation, and verify compliance with specs, codes, and standards
- Interface with engineers, clients, and inspectors to resolve quality concerns proactively
- Track and close punch list items while maintaining detailed QA/QC records
- Promote a proactive, jobsite-wide culture of quality, accountability, and safety
- 7 or more years of QA/QC experience on mechanical scopes in data center, cleanroom, or pharma environments
- Familiarity with cleanroom validation, pressure testing, and mission-critical system requirements
- Strong documentation, field coordination, and audit skills
- Working knowledge of ASME, ASHRAE, SMACNA, and relevant industry standards
- OSHA 30 or CxA certification preferred
