Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee all aspects of various construction projects from planning to implementation.
- Develop and deliver project budgets, timelines, and work plans.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project adherence to budgets and timelines.
- Handle contract management duties, including negotiation, compliance, and dispute resolution.
- Provide leadership and direction to the project team, ensuring clear roles and responsibilities.
- Apply strategic planning to forecast, plan, and coordinate project activities.
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
- Proven working experience of 3 years as a Project Manager in the Construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, means and methods, knowledge of building products, construction details, and relevant rules, regulations, and quality standards.
- Proficient in project management software, MS Office, and estimation software.
- Excellent knowledge of budgeting, construction estimating, and fiscal management.
- Proven ability to solve problems creatively, handle multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
- Strong leadership qualities, including the ability to manage a team effectively.
- Excellent negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- PMP or equivalent certification will be an advantage.
- Ability to travel as needed.
