Requirements and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree – Construction Management or Engineering with a minimum of 15 years of GC experience.
- Multiple medium to large datacenter project experience ($100M ) is required
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills, including the judgment to know when to escalate issues up the chain of command
- Strong working knowledge of contract terms and legal provisions that impact project profitability
- Effective negotiation and contract management skills to represent the company with the Owner
- Ability to develop client relationships to gain future work
- Ability to recruit and build a project team.
