Salary: $110,000 - $145,000 per year

Experience
- 5 years of experience in power, renewable energy, infrastructure, or related project development
- Demonstrated experience advancing complex energy or infrastructure projects through multiple stages of development
- Experience with site evaluation, land, permitting, interconnection/transmission, or other key development functions
- Strong understanding of the factors that influence project feasibility, risk, timelines, and economics
- Experience coordinating internal teams, consultants, landowners, utilities, and other external stakeholders
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- to travel periodically as project needs require
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Finance, Environmental Science, Real Estate, or a related discipline
- Experience with utility-scale energy or infrastructure projects
- Exposure to renewable generation, energy storage, or other emerging power technologies
- Knowledge of U.S. power markets, transmission, interconnection, permitting, and/or project finance
- Experience working with external development partners, consultants, landowners, utilities, or regulatory agencies
- Experience evaluating new project opportunities and supporting development strategy
- Project Development: Ability to advance projects through complex development processes
- Commercial Thinking: Understands project economics, risks, opportunities, and market considerations
- Stakeholder Management: Builds strong relationships with internal and external partners
- Project Ownership: Takes accountability for timelines, deliverables, and results
