We are seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to lead 2nd shift production operations at our Leominster facility. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for driving equipment reliability, reducing downtime, leading maintenance personnel, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives across the plant.

Job Details

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead and develop a team of maintenance technicians and maintenance professionals
• Oversee all preventative, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities
• Manage maintenance planning, scheduling, and execution through the CMMS system
• Drive equipment reliability initiatives involving electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, robotic, and automated systems
• Support troubleshooting efforts and root cause analysis to minimize downtime and improve overall equipment effectiveness
• Manage spare parts inventory and ensure critical components are available to support operations
• Partner with production and operations teams to align maintenance priorities with business goals
• Assist with programming modifications for robotics, PLCs, and automated equipment as needed
• Develop and implement standard operating procedures and maintenance best practices
• Lead continuous improvement projects focused on safety, productivity, quality, and cost reduction
• Manage hiring, training, performance management, coaching, and employee development activities
• Ensure compliance with all company safety standards, OSHA regulations, and environmental requirements

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and maintenance leadership experience
• 5 years of maintenance leadership experience within manufacturing, industrial, packaging, consumer products, automotive, chemical, or related industries
• Strong understanding of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, robotics, and automation systems
• Experience utilizing CMMS platforms such as MP2, Maximo, SAP PM, or similar systems
• Proven track record of reducing downtime and improving equipment reliability
• Experience leading maintenance teams in a manufacturing environment
• Knowledge of preventive maintenance, predictive maintenance, reliability-centered maintenance, and root cause analysis methodologies
• Lean Manufacturing, TPM, Six Sigma, or Continuous Improvement experience is highly preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, project management, and organizational skills
