We are a prominent player in the Manufacturing industry, committed to delivering excellence, innovation, and robust solutions. We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Permanent Production Lead to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our production line, ensuring that our products are manufactured to the highest quality, and that our production processes are as efficient and effective as possible. This is a full-time permanent position that offers a challenging and rewarding work environment.
Responsibilities:
As a Production Lead, your key responsibilities will include:
1. Overseeing the daily operations of the production line, ensuring that all products are manufactured to the highest quality standards.
2. Managing a team of production workers, providing them with the guidance and support they need to perform their roles effectively.
3. Troubleshooting any issues that arise on the production line, using your technical knowledge and problem-solving skills to find and implement effective solutions.
4. Operating and maintaining high-pressure processing equipment, ensuring that it is functioning correctly and safely at all times.
5. Implementing and monitoring production plans and schedules, ensuring that all production targets are met.
6. Working closely with other departments, such as Quality Assurance and Supply Chain, to ensure that all aspects of the production process are running smoothly.
7. Continually looking for ways to improve our production processes, making them more efficient and cost-effective.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate for the Production Lead role will have the following qualifications:
1. A minimum of 2 years of experience in a production lead or similar role within the manufacturing industry.
2. Proven experience with troubleshooting and problem-solving in a production environment.
3. Experience operating and maintaining high-pressure processing equipment.
4. Strong leadership and team management skills, with a proven ability to motivate and lead a team.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with people at all levels of the organization.
6. A strong understanding of manufacturing processes and principles, with a keen eye for detail and quality.
7. A proactive and self-motivated approach, with the ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
8. A degree in a relevant field, such as Engineering or Manufacturing, would be an advantage, but is not essential.
