- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent technical discipline
- Minimum 2 years of experience in manufacturing engineer/process engineering
- Experience supporting production equipment and shop-floor manufacturing environments
- Background in process development, tooling, and industrialization
- Experience supporting or leading continuous improvement initiatives
- Ability to work cross-functionally with production, quality, and engineering teams
