We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Process Engineer to join our dynamic team in the Manufacturing industry. This is a full-time, permanent position that offers an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced, professional, and highly innovative environment. As a Process Engineer, you will play a crucial role in developing, implementing, and optimizing the processes that drive our production. This role requires a strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, Quality Control, Project Management, Product Development, AutoCAD, Six Sigma, Mechanical Engineering, and Process Improvement.

As a Process Engineer, you will play a crucial role in developing, implementing, and optimizing the processes that drive our production. This role requires a strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, Quality Control, Project Management, Product Development, AutoCAD, Six Sigma, Mechanical Engineering, and Process Improvement.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement process strategies to improve production efficiency, reduce manufacturing costs, and maintain product quality.
- Use Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methodologies to identify and eliminate process inefficiencies and bottlenecks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new manufacturing processes for product development.
- Use AutoCAD and other engineering software to create process maps, flow diagrams, and equipment layouts.
- Lead project management efforts to ensure the timely and successful completion of manufacturing projects.
- Develop and maintain quality control procedures, and work closely with the quality team to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Conduct root cause analysis for manufacturing process failures and implement corrective actions.
- Provide training and guidance to manufacturing staff on new processes and equipment.
- Continuously monitor and analyze manufacturing data to identify trends, predict future issues, and drive process improvements.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a Process Engineering role within the Manufacturing industry.
- Proven experience with Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, Quality Control, Project Management, Product Development, AutoCAD, Six Sigma, Mechanical Engineering, and Process Improvement.
- Strong project management skills, with a proven track record of leading successful manufacturing projects.
- In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes, equipment, and quality control standards.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with a strong ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant engineering software.
- Certification in Six Sigma or a similar continuous improvement methodology is preferred.
