Key Responsibilities and Duties:
- Manage a caseload of personal injury matters from initial case evaluation through settlement
- Evaluate liability, damages, medical records, and insurance coverage to determine settlement value
- Work closely with clients throughout the pre litigation process, serving as a primary point of contact
- Collaborate with case managers, paralegals, medical providers, insurance carriers, and other members of the legal team to move cases toward resolution
- Negotiate settlements directly with insurance carriers and adjusters

- Active law license in North Carolina
- Experience handling plaintiff side personal injury matters
- Comfort evaluating liability, damages, medical records, and insurance coverage
