We are seeking a dynamic and experienced People Operations Manager to join our thriving Manufacturing team. This is a unique opportunity to contribute your skills and passion to a fast-paced, high-growth company. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills, who can design and implement HR processes that align with our company's vision and goals. Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, direction, and management to the HR team, ensuring they are aligned with the company's strategic goals.
• Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies and initiatives that will foster a high-performance culture emphasizing empowerment, productivity, goal attainment, and standards of the workforce.
• Oversee talent acquisition and recruitment processes, ensuring we attract, hire, and retain high-quality employees.
• Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, conducting effective, thorough, and objective investigations when necessary.
• Identify training needs for teams and individuals, and design training programs to enhance their skills and performance.
• Establish and monitor HR metrics to identify trends, measure the effectiveness of HR initiatives, and guide decision-making.
• Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management, updating policies, and procedures as needed.
• Collaborate with the executive leadership team to understand the organization's goals and strategy related to staffing, recruiting, and retention.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR leadership experience, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
• Demonstrated ability to design and implement HR strategies and processes.
• Strong knowledge of HR functions (talent management, recruitment, training & development, employee relations, etc.)
• Excellent leadership and people management skills, with a proven track record in developing people and driving high performance.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact at all levels of the organization.
• Solid understanding of labor legislation and payroll processes.
• Proficient in HRIS systems and MS Office.
• Professional HR certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus.
