We are seeking a dynamic, experienced, and highly motivated individual to serve as a Operations Manager in our rapidly expanding construction business. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical, project management, HVAC systems, commercial, and MEP. This role requires a minimum of 8 years of experience in the industry and demands a strong commitment to excellence, a passion for growth, and the ability to manage multiple projects effectively.

Responsibilities
As a Operations Manager, you will be tasked with the following responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all HVAC operations within the construction projects, ensuring all work is completed on time, within budget, and adhering to the highest standards of safety and quality.
- Develop and implement project schedules, monitor progress, and make necessary adjustments to meet deadlines.
- Coordinate with project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and internal teams, to ensure seamless communication and efficient operations.
- Manage the procurement of materials and equipment, ensuring cost-effectiveness and timely delivery.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the HVAC team, fostering a culture of accountability, professionalism, and excellence.
- Stay current with industry trends, standards, and best practices, implementing them into operations as appropriate.
- Regularly review and analyze project performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes.
- Ensure all operations comply with local, state, and federal regulations, as well as industry standards.
The successful candidate for the Permanent Operations Manager position will possess the following qualifications
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in HVAC operations, preferably within the construction industry.
- Proven expertise in mechanical, project management, HVAC systems, commercial, and MEP.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a track record of developing high-performing teams.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- A deep understanding of industry regulations and standards, with a commitment to compliance and safety.
- Proficiency in relevant software and technology, including project management tools and HVAC design software.
- A bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field is preferred.
