What you will do
Lead Operations/Maintenance Technician (on site) for a large, sophisticated customer in the Marlborough, MA area. 1st shift hours are 7 00am-3 30pm M-F. The primary responsibility of this position is to coordinate and provide various types of support for the onsite service technicians and assure that service calls and preventative maintenance are organized and performed safely and on time by scheduling with customer. Will be coordinating preventive maintenance on all equipment, including and not limited to heating and ventilating, pumps, fans, sterilizers, cage washers, boilers, chillers and refrigeration equipment.
This position is suited to a well-rounded HVAC technician (5 years preferred) who can operate independently, think on their feet, and take ownership of our client’s needs.
You must be focused on your customer, be confident in your abilities with strong communication skills.
1st shift hours are 7 00am-3 30pm M-F.
BMS or Automation experience is a plus but not required.
A Company vehicle, HVAC equipment, gas card, cell phone, I-Pad, uniforms, and all PPE will be provided.
Overtime is available.
Skills
Must have valid driver's license. Must have MASS Refrigeration License. Must have HVAC experience and knowledge
