Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Administrator to oversee overall operations of a skilled nursing facility. This leadership role is responsible for ensuring high-quality resident care, regulatory compliance, financial performance, and staff development. The Administrator serves as the key liaison between corporate leadership, clinical teams, residents, and families.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide overall leadership and management of facility operations
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations
- Oversee clinical, financial, and operational performance of the facility
- Collaborate with the Director of Nursing and department leaders to ensure quality care delivery
- Develop and manage budgets, staffing plans, and operational goals
- Monitor quality metrics, survey readiness, and regulatory outcomes
- Address resident, family, and staff concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Lead recruitment, retention, and development of facility leadership and staff
- Ensure facility policies and procedures are implemented and followed
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and organizational performance
- Current Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) license in good standing (state-specific) required
- Prior leadership experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, or healthcare operations required
- Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and survey process
- Proven ability to manage budgets and operational performance
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and foster a positive culture
- Full-time leadership position: 40 hours per week on call
