We treat the whole patient, starting with primary care, but also provide endocrinology, optometry, behavioral health, and cardiology to our patient population.
In this Medical Director role, you will work with our Family Medicine team, and take the lead within this department. You will report directly to our Chief Clinical Officer.
Our primary care team includes MDs, NPs, and a full support team of RNs, MAs, and techs. We provide the following services to our families in the Primary Care Department

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Medical Director specializing in Family Medicine to join our dynamic team. This role is a permanent, full-time position in our esteemed healthcare organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the medical operations within the facility, ensuring the provision of high-quality healthcare services to our patients, and providing leadership to our team of healthcare professionals. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of our organization and to make a significant impact on patient care.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement medical policies and procedures to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Oversee all medical services, including urgent care and family care.
- Provide leadership and guidance to our team of healthcare professionals.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure the integration of medical services within the overall healthcare plan.
- Participate in the recruitment, training, and development of medical staff.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards.
- Review and analyze reports on the effectiveness of care and make recommendations for improvements.
- Act as the liaison between the medical staff and the administration.
- Participate in budget planning and management for medical services.
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited institution.
- Board-certified in Family Medicine.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a leadership role within a healthcare setting.
- Proven experience in urgent care and family care.
- Strong knowledge of medical procedures, laws, and regulations.
- Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient with PC and medical software.
- Ability to make decisions in high-pressure situations.
- Commitment to providing high-quality care to patients.
