We are on the hunt for a dynamic and innovative Mechanical Engineer to join our high-performing manufacturing team. This permanent position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the design, development, and optimization of our state-of-the-art manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical design, engineering analysis, and product development, with a proven ability to utilize CAD software to design and optimize manufacturing systems. With a minimum of 2 years of experience in the field, the successful candidate will be adept at problem-solving, possess excellent communication skills, and be able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

Responsibilities
- Utilize CAD software to design, develop, and optimize manufacturing systems and processes.
- Conduct comprehensive engineering analysis to identify potential inefficiencies or areas for improvement in manufacturing processes.
- Lead product development initiatives, from concept generation through to final product manufacturing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure products are designed for manufacturability and align with company standards and objectives.
- Develop and implement maintenance procedures, monitor systems, and resolve issues as they arise.
- Conduct research to inform the design and production of new technologies and systems.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work environment.
- Continually stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in mechanical engineering and manufacturing technologies.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field is required.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in mechanical engineering within a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency with CAD software is a must.
- Demonstrated experience in mechanical design, engineering analysis, and product development.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality control, and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods.
- Excellent analytical skills, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for problem-solving.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey complex information to a variety of audiences.
- A proactive and collaborative team player, with a strong ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Commitment to continuous learning and development, and staying up-to-date with industry trends and advancements.
