Job Details

QUALIFICATIONS, EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum of 5 years of recent experience selling into manufacturing in TN
  • Ability to travel up to 50% regionally, with occasional overnight travel as needed.
  • Experience in complex manufacturing and service-based sales is advantageous.
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Strong proficiency in presentations and computer skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

  • Rapidly learn and clearly articulate the organization’s value proposition to prospective clients.
  • Build, manage, and consistently grow a strong sales pipeline, leveraging CRM tools to track activity and opportunities.
  • Create and negotiate tailored pricing agreements aligned with customer needs and business objectives.
  • Monitor account performance and profitability while identifying opportunities to expand revenue within existing clients.
  • Own the full customer lifecycle, from initial onboarding through production and delivery, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
  • Partner closely with internal sales and operations teams to support execution and drive results.
  • Demonstrate a proven history of sales success and the ability to collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Show strong self-direction, curiosity, and a genuine drive for continuous learning and business growth.
  • Manage competing priorities efficiently with strong attention to detail and organization.
  • Deliver clear, persuasive presentations to a range of audience sizes.
  • Maintain a proactive, high-energy approach while balancing multiple projects and deadlines.
