Responsibilities
- Supervise and support a team of maintenance technicians in a 24/7 manufacturing operation
- Coordinate and prioritize corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance activities
- Drive equipment reliability improvements and reduce unplanned downtime
- Assist with troubleshooting complex mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
- Manage maintenance schedules, work orders, and parts inventory through CMMS systems
- Ensure compliance with safety, food safety, and regulatory requirements
- Develop and coach maintenance personnel through training and performance management
- Collaborate with production leadership to improve plant efficiency and equipment performance
- Support capital projects, equipment installations, and continuous improvement initiatives
- 5 years of industrial maintenance experience within a manufacturing environment
- Previous maintenance leadership, supervisory, or lead technician experience
- Strong troubleshooting skills with mechanical and electrical systems
- Experience with preventive and predictive maintenance programs
- Knowledge of PLC troubleshooting, motor controls, conveyors, pumps, hydraulics, and pneumatics preferred
- Experience utilizing CMMS software for maintenance planning and tracking
- Strong communication, leadership, and team development skills
- Food, beverage, dairy, or highly regulated manufacturing experience is a plus
