We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join our innovative Food Manufacturing team. This is a permanent position that offers the opportunity to work with a diverse team of highly skilled professionals in a fast-paced, technologically driven environment. As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our manufacturing facilities. You will be responsible for overseeing all maintenance activities, implementing strategies to optimize efficiency, and ensuring the safety and reliability of equipment and systems.

As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our manufacturing facilities. You will be responsible for overseeing all maintenance activities, implementing strategies to optimize efficiency, and ensuring the safety and reliability of equipment and systems.
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage preventive and predictive maintenance programs to maximize equipment uptime and lifespan.
- Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to track activities, generate reports, and analyze data for continuous improvement.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of the maintenance team, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on time.
- Conduct regular inspections of the facility and equipment to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions.
- Manage electrical maintenance tasks, ensuring all work is performed to the highest safety and quality standards.
- Oversee the maintenance and repair of hydraulic and pneumatic systems, ensuring optimal performance.
- Provide technical guidance and training to maintenance staff, promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate maintenance activities and minimize disruption to operations.
- Develop and manage maintenance budgets, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and company policies.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a maintenance supervisory role within the engineering industry.
- In-depth knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance practices.
- Proficiency in using CMMS for maintenance management.
- Strong understanding of electrical maintenance, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with a proven ability to motivate and develop staff.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex technical information.
- Solid understanding of safety regulations and best practices in the engineering industry.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
