We are currently seeking an experienced Permanent Litigation Paralegal to join our dynamic legal team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual who has a passion for the legal industry and is looking to take their career to the next level.

Job Details
We are currently seeking an experienced Permanent Litigation Paralegal to join our dynamic legal team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual who has a passion for the legal industry and is looking to take their career to the next level.
Responsibilities
- Assisting attorneys in all stages of litigation matters.
- Managing and organizing large volumes of complex case-related documents.
- Handling electronic filing in various courts, ensuring that all filings comply with court rules and procedures.
- Providing trial support, including preparing trial binders and exhibits, coordinating witness preparation, and assisting in the courtroom.
- Conducting legal research and preparing memos, briefs, and other legal documents.
- Coordinating and managing discovery, including document production, document review, and handling of deposition notices.
- Liaising with clients, court personnel, experts, and opposing counsel in a professional manner.
- Ensuring the confidentiality of all client and firm information.
- Experience as a litigation paralegal, preferably in a law firm environment.
- Proficient in electronic filing systems and procedures.
- Proven experience in trial support.
- Excellent knowledge of legal terminology, court rules, and procedures.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong research and report-generating skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of integrity and professional accountability.
