Job Details

We are seeking experienced Litigation Attorneys to join our growing personal injury practice. We handle a high-volume caseload of auto, premises liability, and general negligence matters and are expanding across multiple Florida markets.

Responsibilities

• Manage personal injury cases from inception through trial and resolution
• Conduct depositions, mediations, hearings, and trials
• Draft and argue motions, oversee discovery, and maintain consistent client communication
• Collaborate with team members to prepare cases for arbitration or trial
  
  

Qualifications

• J.D. and active good standing with The Florida Bar
• Minimum of two jury trials as first chair required
• Strong written, oral, and courtroom advocacy skills
• Proven ability to manage a high-volume caseload with attention to detail
