Job Duties
- Manage a civil litigation caseload from inception through resolution
- Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal correspondence
- Conduct legal research and prepare case strategy recommendations
- Attend hearings, depositions, mediations, and court appearances
- Communicate directly with clients, opposing counsel, and experts
- Handle discovery management, including written discovery and document review
- Participate in settlement negotiations and litigation strategy discussions
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient case progression and client service
- JD from an accredited law school and active Arizona Bar admission in good standing
- Minimum of 2 years of litigation experience required
- Insurance defense and/or family law experience is a plus
- Ability to independently manage cases and maintain deadlines
- Strong legal writing, analytical, and communication skills
- Experience handling a higher volume caseload preferred
- Comfortable working in a fast paced, team oriented environment
