Responsibilities:
Handle matters across insurance law, including insurance coverage, personal injury, automobile accidents, general casualty, bad faith, and appeals
Manage all aspects of pre-trial discovery, including fact and expert depositions
Lead motion practice and substantive case evaluation
Provide clear, timely reporting to clients
Serve as trial counsel
Experience:
10 years of civil defense litigation experience
Active Ohio bar license in good standing
Superior analytical, writing, organizational, and communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
