Many More!Job DetailsJob Details:We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Permanent Litigation Associate to join our thriving legal team. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with a strong background in Civil Litigation to expand their career in a challenging yet rewarding environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing all aspects of the litigation process, from investigation, pleadings, and discovery to pre-trial, trial, settlement, and appeal. This position requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in Civil Litigation.Responsibilities:As a Permanent Litigation Associate, your primary responsibilities will include:1. Management of all stages of litigation including drafting pleadings, coordinating discovery, and managing trial and post-trial activities.2. Conducting legal research and drafting legal documents such as briefs, pleadings, appeals, agreements, contracts, and legal memoranda.3. Representing clients in court and arguing motions.4. Assisting in the preparation and trial of lawsuits.5. Advising clients on their legal rights and obligations.6. Collaborating with legal team members to develop case theories and strategies.7. Negotiating settlements on behalf of clients.8. Keeping clients informed of case progress and legal developments.9. Ensuring compliance with all court rules and regulations during the litigation process.Qualifications:The successful candidate should possess the following qualifications:1. Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.2. A minimum of 2 years of experience in Civil Litigation.3. Admission to the state bar.4. Strong knowledge of civil litigation procedures and rules.5. Excellent research, analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.6. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.7. Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines.8. Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.9. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.10. High level of professionalism and ethical standards.11.
