Job Details

Experience:

• 2-5 years Legal Admin/Assistant experience at a mid-size law firm, where you support multiple attorneys
• Proficient in Word, Excel, e-filing and immigration forms software
• Strong written and verbal communication; team player but also be able to work independently
• Ability to meet deadlines and superior client service skills
  

Position Details:

• Supporting 2-3 Attorneys
• Frequent communication with clients
• Manage Calendars
• E-Filing
• Maintain confidential records
