As a lead-level Start-up Tech on our team, you will support the installation, start-up, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of commercial HVAC systems in construction environments for one of our largest clients. This hands-on role involves diagnosing and servicing a wide range of equipment—including DX systems, heat pumps, boilers, hydronic systems, air handlers, and temperature controls—while performing system testing, adjustments, preventive maintenance, and air balancing.

As a lead-level Start-up Tech on our team, you will support the installation, start-up, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of commercial HVAC systems in construction environments for one of our largest clients. This hands-on role involves diagnosing and servicing a wide range of equipment—including DX systems, heat pumps, boilers, hydronic systems, air handlers, and temperature controls—while performing system testing, adjustments, preventive maintenance, and air balancing.
MUST HAVE:
- 5 years of HVAC Start-up experience in commercial construction environments
- Experience across a wide range of systems
- Knowledge of Commercial HVAC equipment including, but not limited to, chillers, cooling towers, boilers, VAV’s and their related systems and EMS/BMS controls
- Experience in a customer-facing role
- HVAC system commissioning
- BAS/HVAC controls experience
- Experienec with industrial manufacturing and/or data center construction projects
- OSHA 10/30 certifications
