- Represent clients in labor and employment law-related cases
- Handle legal matters, provide legal advice to clients, conduct research, and draft legal documents
- Perform negotiations and ensure compliance with relevant legal and professional standards
- Collaborate closely with clients and team members to achieve successful resolutions
Qualifications
- Active license to practice law in the state of California (open to new admittees)
- Expertise in law with a preferred focus on employment, elder abuse, and/or medical malpractice defense
- Proficiency in providing legal advice and conducting in-depth legal research
- Exceptional negotiation skills for client representation and conflict resolution
