A well-respected mid-sized law firm in Boston is looking for a Litigation Associate with 3–5 years of experience to join our dynamic team. You'll handle a broad mix of commercial litigation and insurance defense matters—ranging from catastrophic injury/wrongful death claims and product liability, to coverage disputes and professional malpractice.

You'll handle a broad mix of commercial litigation and insurance defense matters—ranging from catastrophic injury/wrongful death claims and product liability, to coverage disputes and professional malpractice.
What You’ll Do
- Represent clients in complex litigation in both state and federal courts
- Draft pleadings, motions, and briefs; manage discovery and depositions
- Appear in court and support trial teams
- Advise clients on insurance coverage, indemnity, and litigation strategy
- Engage in mediations, arbitrations, and high-stakes settlements
- J.D. MA Bar admission (good standing)
- 3–5 years of litigation experience at a law firm
- Strong writing, research, and oral advocacy skills
- Ability to manage multiple matters with independence and initiative
