Job Details

Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer service calls with professionalism and enthusiasm.
• Identify customer needs, clarify information, and provide solutions or alternatives.
• Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by going the extra mile.
• Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets.
• Use your sales skills to promote our products and services to customers, highlighting features and benefits that meet their specific needs.
• Maintain comprehensive, up-to-date knowledge of our products and services.
• Record details of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints in the CRM system.
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies set by the company.
• Participate in regular training and coaching sessions to improve your sales and customer service skills.
  

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a call center representative or sales representative for at least 2 years in luxury or hospitality services.
• Strong phone and verbal communication skills, as well as active listening abilities.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quotas, preferably over the phone.
• Excellent sales, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
• Ability to handle stressful situations and remain calm and professional.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Proficiency in relevant computer applications.
