Job Details
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the maintenance team to ensure efficient operations.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to optimize equipment performance and longevity.
- Troubleshoot and repair complex industrial machinery issues, minimizing downtime and disruption to operations.
- Regularly inspect equipment and machinery to identify potential issues and make necessary adjustments or repairs.
- Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to coordinate maintenance activities and improve overall operational efficiency.
- Train and mentor team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental regulations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date maintenance records and documentation.
- Evaluate and recommend new equipment or technologies to enhance operational efficiency and productivity.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial maintenance.
- Proven experience repairing metal fabrication equipment such as press brakes, shears, slip rolls, roll formers, etc.
- Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose and repair complex machinery issues.
- Proficient in preventive maintenance techniques and best practices.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a track record of developing and mentoring teams.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
- Knowledge of relevant safety and environmental regulations.
- Ability to maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation.
- Familiarity with new equipment and technologies in the field of industrial maintenance.
- A proactive and forward-thinking approach, with the ability to anticipate and prevent potential maintenance issues.
