We are currently seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented, and highly organized individual to join our team as a Consulting Copy of Human Resources Representative within the Healthcare industry. This exciting role provides an opportunity to work in a fast-paced, challenging, and rewarding environment, where you will be a key contributor to the success of our HR department and the overall organization.
Responsibilities:
As a Consulting Copy of Human Resources Representative, you will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including but not limited to:
- Providing exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Managing calendars, coordinating meetings, and handling administrative tasks.
- Assisting with the preparation and tracking of expenses.
- Utilizing your expertise in MS Office Suite, PeopleSoft, Service Now, Visual Vault, and HR Web applications to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
- Interacting effectively and diplomatically with faculty, staff, administrators, and co-workers.
- Handling confidential and sensitive information with discretion and integrity.
- Staying current with University systems, regulations, policies, and procedures.
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
- One (1) to three (3) years of proven customer service experience working in an internal HR, WFA, or benefits environment as a subject matter expert in one functional area, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience in a complex higher education or hospital HR environment, preferably with UC experience.
- Exceptional writing skills to clearly, concisely, and logically articulate ideas, using appropriate editorial style and grammatically correct language.
- Interpersonal skills to interact effectively and diplomatically with a diverse audience.
- Exceptional time management skills and the ability to set priorities which accurately reflect the relative importance of job responsibilities.
- Impeccable attention to detail and thoroughness in work product.
- Ability to maintain composure and productivity despite pressing deadlines, frequent interruptions, distractions, and competing priorities.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Ability to sit for prolonged periods of time; frequent use of fine motor skills, mainly computer keyboard; occasional lifting of up to 25lb.
- Knowledge of UC personnel and payroll policies and procedures.
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
