We are partnering with a growing, mission-driven organization seeking a Human Resources Generalist with strong payroll expertise to join its collaborative HR team.
This is a highly visible, hands-on role supporting payroll operations, recruiting coordination, onboarding, HRIS administration, and employee support across a multi-location workforce.

Responsibilities:
- Process biweekly payroll for approximately 265-278 employees
- Maintain payroll accuracy, including deductions, garnishments, status changes, and reporting
- Support HRIS administration and employee record maintenance
- Assist with recruiting coordination, including job postings and phone screens
- Support onboarding, orientations, background checks, and drug screenings
- Generate payroll and HR-related reports utilizing Excel and HRIS systems
- Assist with employee engagement activities and HR events
- Collaborate closely with Finance and operational leadership
- Hands-on payroll processing experience REQUIRED
- HRIS/payroll systems experience required
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills required, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs
- Experience with Paycor strongly preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to handle sensitive situations professionally and with emotional intelligence
