We are seeking an experienced Consulting Healthcare HR Generalist to join our dynamic team in the healthcare industry. The successful candidate will be a key player in our HR department, providing a broad range of administrative and HR support to our management and executive teams. This role is ideal for a candidate with a strong background in administration, HR processes, and customer service within an office or medical environment.
Responsibilities:
The Consulting Healthcare HR Generalist will be responsible for a variety of tasks including, but not limited to:
1. Managing calendars and scheduling appointments and meetings for the executive team.
2. Handling administrative tasks such as expense reports, filing, and data entry.
3. Providing excellent customer service and maintaining professional relationships with our employees, clients, and partners.
4. Utilizing Microsoft Office Suite for document creation, data analysis, presentations, and communication.
5. Assisting with the implementation and maintenance of HR systems.
6. Supporting HR processes such as recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
7. Participating in HR projects and initiatives, and using project management tools to track progress and ensure timely completion.
8. Using AI tools to streamline HR processes and improve efficiency.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate for the Consulting Healthcare HR Generalist role should have the following qualifications:
1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the healthcare industry.
2. Strong administrative skills with a keen attention to detail.
3. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
4. Experience with HR systems and processes.
5. Excellent customer service skills and experience in an office or medical environment.
6. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
7. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
8. Knowledge of or experience with AI tools and project management tools like Monday.com is strongly preferred.
9. Prior experience within UCLA/UCLA Health is a plus.
