Key Responsibilities
- Financial Oversight & Reporting Direct financial consolidation, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis across global manufacturing sites. Track KPIs such as cost per unit, labor efficiency, and material usage to identify improvement opportunities.
- Strategic Partnering Collaborate with operations and finance leadership to evaluate working capital, plant performance, make-buy decisions, network optimization, and new product launches. Lead efforts to standardize and automate finance processes.
- Cost Accounting & Analysis Implement and maintain standard costing methodologies, analyze manufacturing variances, and manage -inventory valuation and cost of goods sold.
- Month-End Close Oversee site-level close processes, including balance sheet, income statement, and AR/AP activities.
- Controls & Compliance Ensure adherence to global accounting policies, partner with audit teams, and oversee accurate physical inventories and cycle counts.
- Team Leadership Mentor and manage finance teams across multiple sites, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; MBA or CPA/CMA preferred.
- 10 years of finance experience, including at least 5 in manufacturing or industrial settings.
- Expertise in standard costing, inventory management, and manufacturing performance metrics.
- Strong ERP knowledge (Oracle or similar) and advanced Excel/data analysis skills.
- Global or multi-site experience and proven leadership abilities.
