Job Details

We are seeking a Financial Analyst to join our dynamic team. This individual will work closely with various teams, providing financial insights, analysis, and recommendations to drive strategic decisions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain complex financial models to support strategic initiatives, business planning, and decision-making processes
• Conduct detailed financial analysis, including forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis to identify trends and evaluate business performance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant data, understand key business drivers, and provide financial insights
• Prepare and present financial reports to senior management, highlighting key findings and providing recommendations
• Assist in the annual budgeting process, including the development of revenue and expense budgets, capital budgets, and cash flow forecasts
• Monitor and analyze monthly operating results against budget, conducting in-depth variance analysis to understand the root causes of discrepancies
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in a Financial Analyst role
• Strong proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, and cash flow management
• Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide insightful recommendations
