A bit about us:

We are seeking a dependable and organized Facility and Maintenance Coordinator to oversee day-to-day facility operations, coordinate maintenance activities, and help ensure a safe, efficient, and well-maintained work environment. This individual will manage maintenance requests, coordinate with outside service providers, monitor facility needs, and support ongoing building maintenance and improvement projects.

The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable balancing hands-on facility responsibilities with administrative coordination.

Job Details

Qualifications

Education:

• Associate degree in Facilities Management, Industrial Maintenance, Engineering Technology, Business, or related field preferred.
  

Experience:

• 3-5 years of facilities maintenance in a manufacturing warehouse.
• Experience coordinating contractors and service providers.
  

Knowledge and Skills:

· Working knowledge of:

• HVAC systems
• Electrical systems
• Plumbing systems
• Building maintenance practices
• Preventive maintenance programs
• Safety and regulatory compliance requirements
• Read technical drawings, blueprints, and equipment manuals.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and maintenance management software.
  

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to climb ladders and access facility equipment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
