Responsibilities:
- Prepare accurate cost estimates and bid proposals.
- Review plans, specifications, and contract documents.
- Solicit and evaluate subcontractor and supplier pricing.
- Perform quantity takeoffs and cost analyses.
- Collaborate with project managers and operations teams during preconstruction.
- Help identify value engineering opportunities and cost-saving solutions.
- 8 years of estimating experience in commercial construction.
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and pricing.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
- Proficiency with estimating software and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills.
