Salary: $90,000 - $140,000 per year
A bit about us:
Our client is a respected and growing civil construction company specializing in heavy civil and site development work. They are seeking an Estimator who is motivated to build a long-term career in civil construction estimating, with training available for newer candidates and strong upward mobility into project management.

Job Details
The Estimator will support pricing, bid preparation, and estimating for heavy civil and site development projects. The company is open to candidates ranging from recent graduates to experienced estimators and will provide training and mentorship.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare cost estimates for heavy civil and site development projects
Assist with bid preparation, takeoffs, pricing, and subcontractor/vendor coordination
Analyze plans, specs, and project requirements to build accurate estimates
Support project handoff and collaboration with project management and field teams
Maintain estimating files, documentation, and bid records
Participate in project scheduling and budgeting support as needed
Opportunity to cross-train into project management depending on interest and performance
Qualifications
Degree preferred: Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering (Construction-related degrees also considered)
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret plans/specs
Interest in heavy civil and site development
PE license is a plus (not required)
Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to meet deadlines
