A bit about us:
We are a focused management‑side employment law practice that works closely with organizations to address the full range of workplace issues. Our work combines proactive counseling with complex dispute resolution, allowing us to help clients manage risk, respond to change, and make informed decisions. We advise leadership teams on sensitive employment matters, regulatory compliance, and labor relations, always with an eye toward practical outcomes. While we emphasize prevention and early problem‑solving, we are experienced advocates when disputes escalate. Our approach is grounded in deep subject knowledge, thoughtful analysis, and an understanding of how legal advice fits into broader business objectives.
Why join us?
We offer an environment where attorneys do substantive work early and are treated as valued contributors. Collaboration is central to how we practice, with close interaction across experience levels and direct access to senior lawyers. Associates gain exposure to both counseling and litigation, allowing them to develop well‑rounded skills and strong professional judgment. We value quality work, accountability, and clear communication, and we aim to be realistic and respectful about workload expectations. Ongoing learning is encouraged through hands‑on experience and shared knowledge. For attorneys seeking meaningful responsibility and steady professional growth, we provide a supportive and engaging setting.
