Essential Job Responsibilities
- Lead development and execution of marketing plans tailored to each active and upcoming project.
- Creating and distributing a comprehensive Company Branding and Marketing plan to include items such as signage, brochures, digital, radio & TV advertising
- Translate sales goals into actionable marketing plans within budget.
- Align marketing with construction and sales timelines.
- Responsible for coordinating with the President/CEO regarding outside charitable donations (as a marketing tool)
- Maintain and evolve the CCB brand identity.
- Ensure consistency across marketing channels.
- Maintain and update websites.
- Manage online reviews and reputation.
- Ability to manage creative production and timelines.
- High initiative in fast-paced environments
- BA in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- 5 years of marketing leadership experience
- Experience in real estate development preferred
- Proficient in managing web development, search engine optimization, online marketing, social media management, and market research to identify project-specific target markets.
- Ability to manage creative production and timelines to deliver timely marketing materials.
- Supervisory experience and event planning experience
- Detail oriented, attention to detail is key in this role
- Excellent communication skills, phone etiquette, and a high degree of diplomacy are required
- Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills required
- Proven ability to create, manage, and monitor project budgets effectively
- Team player with strong work ethic
- Proficient in Internet research methods
- Experience in real estate development preferred
