This permanent position offers an exciting opportunity to oversee all IT operations, ensuring the department provides efficient and effective technical support service. The successful candidate will be responsible for the delivery of all IT service management processes and will oversee the implementation of technology solutions that meet the needs of the organization. Responsibilities: Oversee the daily operations of IT departments, ensuring that systems, services, and infrastructure work reliably and securely. Develop and implement IT policies and procedures, including IT service management and project management. Manage and lead a high-performing team, promoting a culture of collaboration and innovation. Develop and execute strategic IT plans to meet business objectives, while managing the IT budget effectively. Ensure efficient and effective IT operations by overseeing the management of networks, servers, storage, and cloud technologies. Work closely with stakeholders to identify opportunities for technology innovation and improvement. Manage relationships with vendors and negotiate contracts to ensure cost-effective procurement of technology and IT services. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards, such as data security (GDPR, CCPA), ITIL, and COBIT. Prioritize workload effectively, managing multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years experience in IT operations, with a focus on integrated systems and IT infrastructure. Proven experience in managing and leading teams, with advanced communication skills. Demonstrated ability to interact effectively with stakeholders and work in cross-functional teams. Experience in developing and executing strategic IT plans. Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively. In-depth knowledge of industry regulations and standards, such as data security (GDPR, CCPA), ITIL, and COBIT. Proven experience in budget management, vendor management, and contract negotiations.
