Job Details
We are seeking a 2 year associate to join a growing Finance practice.
Responsibilities:
Advise lenders and borrowers on a range of complex financing transactions
Work on asset-based lending, cash flow financings, mezzanine, high-yield, and debtor-in-possession matters
Assist with structuring and perfecting security interests under Article 9 of the Uniform Commercial Code
Support restructuring efforts, including out-of-court workouts (preferred)
Collaborate with corporate and M&A teams on transactional matters
Manage components of deals and contribute to execution from start to finish
Qualifications:
Admission to the Massachusetts Bar required
2β3 years of relevant law firm experience in finance or capital markets
Strong academic credentials and excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience with secured transactions and complex financing structures preferred
Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-oriented environment
