Job Details
- Oversee US accounting team of ~12, including 4 direct reports
- Month-end close
- Oversee on-time completion
- Review complex tasks
- Review consolidation
- FP&A
- Prep present monthly financial reporting KPI packages for Leadership Team
- Prep annual budget
- Build out function, including hiring/supervising an analyst/manager
- Compliance
- Oversee FS audit
- Coordinate with tax firm on tax estimates/returns/transfer pricing/tax planning
- Oversee state registration SUT compliance
- Own lender/covenant compliance
- Manage cash flows/debt
- Oversee ERP implementation for growing e-commerce division
- Work with leadership team and PE on financial strategy
- Implement internal controls accounting process improvements
