Job Details
We are seeking a Senior Manager of Finance & Controller to lead accounting operations and FP&A in a highly visible, hands-on leadership role. Reporting directly to senior leadership, this position will oversee financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and compliance, while partnering cross-functionally to drive business performance.
Responsibilities
- Own month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Maintain general ledger integrity and ensure GAAP compliance
- Build and enhance internal controls and accounting processes
- Lead FP&A including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Provide financial insights and KPI reporting to support leadership decisions
- Manage debt covenant compliance and lender reporting
- Coordinate external audits and partner with tax advisors
- Drive company-wide budgeting processes and financial reviews
- Lead and develop the accounting and finance team
- Partner with operations and leadership to improve financial performance
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- 8–10 years of progressive accounting and finance experience
- Leadership experience overseeing accounting and FP&A functions
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, audit, and financial compliance
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling
- Advanced Excel and ERP experience, preferably Oracle
- CPA or MBA
- Experience with debt covenant reporting
- Background managing audits and external tax relationships
