Job Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of industrial construction projects from inception to completion
- Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and clients to determine project needs and ensure successful delivery
- Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely completion of all phases
- Manage project budgets, estimate costs, and allocate resources effectively
- Implement and enforce safety, health, and quality standards on job sites
- Lead and inspire construction teams, providing guidance and constructive feedback
- Resolve on-site issues and emergencies promptly and efficiently
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks
- Collaborate with local authorities to obtain necessary permits and ensure compliance with regulations
- Maintain clear communication with all stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Construction Superintendent in industrial, automotive, or manufacturing projects
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and building codes
- Proficiency in construction management software and MS Office suite
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to various project sites
- OSHA 30-hour certification preferred
