- Competitive Base Salary $100,000 - $150,000 (DOE)

Responsibilities
- Oversee commercial and industrial construction projects from inception to completion
- Manage project budgets, schedules, contracts, and resources to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery
- Collaborate with owners, subcontractors, and architects to execute high-quality builds
- Ensure safety and compliance with industry standards and company policies
- Lead and mentor project teams, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability
- 5 years of experience in commercial or industrial construction project management
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred)
- Proficiency in Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Project
- Strong negotiation, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
