Responsibilities -
- As a Construction Contract Administrator (CA), you’ll play a key role in maintaining our reputation for quality and collaboration by
- Overseeing construction contract administration for assigned projects across North Carolina and South Carolina
- Reviewing and interpreting construction documents, contracts, and codes
- Providing on-site representation, monitoring construction methods, materials, and assemblies
- Serving as a collaborative partner with contractors and project teams to ensure quality, compliance, and performance
- Traveling regionally and meeting the physical demands necessary on active construction sites (hard hat, boots-on-the-ground work)
- Performing administrative tasks such as reporting, documentation, and communication with stakeholders
- 15–25 years of professional construction administration experience
- Strong knowledge of construction documents, codes, methods, and materials
- Experience with construction contracts and administration
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to travel throughout North and South Carolina
- Comfortable with the physical demands of an active construction site
- CSI Certified Construction Contract Administrator (CCCA)
- Familiarity with Revit, CAD, and Bluebeam
